CONTEMPORARY AMERICAN LANDSCAPE PAINTINGS

Welcome!

Welcome to my website! I am honored to have you here. Take your time and have a look around; feel free to browse the images of Landscape Paintings and Works on Paper, and, if you’re interested, read my Biography and Artist Statement to learn more about me and my process.  These contemporary landscape paintings are often described by my collectors as possessing “emotional depth and a contemplative quality”. I continue to be drawn to the dramatic vistas of the Pacific Northwest and our Western states.  The layering of the mountains and hills carved out over time present an ongoing challenge and inspiration to me.  The farms and land preserves are plentiful, and the peace and serenity they provide remind me of why I choose to live and paint here.  I hope that my paintings evoke feelings and memories, and are more than just strict copies of the landscape.  If you have any questions, would like to schedule a visit to my studio or if you’d like to sign up for my email newsletter, please visit my Contact page.
